We clearly are in an unprecedented time right now. The global coronavirus pandemic has brought change and uncertainty to our customers, our team members, our business partners, our communities and certainly to all of us on a personal level.

As an active partner in the dental and animal health supply chain, we are closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19. We have comprehensive business continuity plans in place that include all of our North American and U.K. operations, and our teams are in constant daily contact with our manufacturers and business partners, monitoring inventory levels and customer purchasing behavior for any potential impacts to the product supply chain.

As the COVID-19 virus continues to spread, our thoughts go out to anyone who has been infected and impacted. We hope that you, your family, friends and colleagues are safe and well, and are taking the necessary precautions to stay safe. At Patterson, it is our top priority to keep our employees, our customers and business partners and our communities safe, and we have taken a wide range of swift actions to meet this objective.

Our decisions are focused on three core principles – employee health and safety, business continuity for our customers, and erring on the side of caution to help reduce the spread of the virus in our communities.

While our facilities remain open and operational, we have detailed plans in place should we be in a position where we need to temporarily close certain locations to safeguard the health of our team. Our plans include steps to ensure we can continue to support our customers during these periods.
